6300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms governing your use of the 6300 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By creating an account or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users of the 6300 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, or using the 6300 platform on any device — including smartphones, laptops, or desktop computers — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published by 6300 from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the platform and services provided by 6300. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

The 6300 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Malaysian law.

2. Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of services on the 6300 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details. You must notify 6300 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 6300 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.

You also agree not to share your account with any other party, not to allow others to use your account on your behalf, and not to use another person's account without authorisation. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the 6300 support team beforehand.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the 6300 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as appropriate legal action:

Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, manipulation, or identity misrepresentation.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written permission from 6300.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage any systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform.
Using another person's personal information without authorisation to register or access an account.
Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform for purposes that are contrary to Malaysian law.
Posting offensive or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through any communication channel provided by the platform.

6300 reserves the right to investigate any complaint relating to a breach of these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending access, reclaiming account balances obtained unlawfully, and referring the matter to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency & Payment Methods

All transactions on the 6300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer. All methods process transactions in RM with no currency conversion. 6300 does not accept payment in foreign currencies.

Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time. Deposits may only be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 6300 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and a return of funds.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified Malaysian bank account in the registered user's name. Processing times range from one to twenty-four hours depending on the selected method and the time the request is submitted. 6300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Any attempt to withdraw winnings obtained in breach of these terms will be rejected and the associated account may be suspended.

5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Account Suspension Rights

6300 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the platform or other users. Users whose accounts have been suspended may not register a new account using different details.

Account Closure on User Request

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting 6300 customer support. Prior to closure, users are required to settle all pending transactions and withdraw any remaining balance. Closed accounts cannot be reactivated, and users will need to register a new account if they wish to use the platform again in the future.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 6300 platform are the property of 6300 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from 6300. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

6. Liability Limitations, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Liability Limitations

The 6300 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 6300 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activities or service disruptions beyond the platform's control. 6300's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Links and Services

The 6300 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply any endorsement or approval by 6300 of the third party's content or practices. 6300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

6300 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page and takes effect immediately upon publication. You are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
